Starting this project, I liked the idea of an app that helps people moving to new cities discover the most interesting places near them and become acquainted with their new home. More specifically, the idea was conceived for students moving to college but the concept is age-agnostic and doesn’t necessitate full-time moving either.

It’s been scientifically proven that exploring and working in new environments increases productivity and improves mental health–not to mention it’s just fun. So, I sought to use this project to design the onboarding experience for such an app (but more so to gain familiarity with Unity and creating UI on the platform).
