Papyrus

Papyrus is an app I created to help people be more intentional and productive with their free time. The app recommends a set of pictures from a specific folder (ie liked photos) from a specific time period and has you order them by recency. The user’s goal is to order the images as accurately as possible.

Gameplay mechanics are designed to be as intuitive as possible in both game modes, Classic and AR. In Classic mode, simply drag events across the screen to order them and long press to expand the small preview box. In AR mode, point your phone at a flat surface (like a wall), pinch/zoom to scale images, and drag them around your environment. To try ordering events in another month (in both modes), shake your phone.
